The exchange did go through in the end, but it was slower than I expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just a bit frustrating, and it made me a little less confident about ordering again.

The bag looked really nice at first, but after just a few weeks, the stitching started coming loose. The edges feel kind of rough and uneven too. For the price, I expected better craftsmanship

"Cute designs, but not quite for me"
Grafea has some really cute bags, and I love the classic colours they use. They definitely have a nice vintage-style look, which I can appreciate. That said, a few of the bags feel a bit too bulky for what I’d want to carry every day. The style is lovely, but I don’t think it would suit everyone’s taste or routine. Overall, I like the vibe, but it just doesn’t fully feel like me...

"Color was close"
The bag color is pretty much like the pictures, just maybe a little darker when you see it in person. Not a huge difference or anything, just one of those things with lighting I guess. Overall, I’m still happy with it.

"Not really worth the hassle"
I wanted to like this bag, but the quality just didn’t match the price for me. The stitching felt kind of weak right out of the box, and it started getting marked up way faster than I expected. i’m a little tired of dealing with returns and customer service lately, so I might just keep it, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Customer service was way too slow"
It took them days to get back to me, which just isn’t really acceptable when you’re trying to sort something out. And when they finally did reply, the help wasn’t very useful. I don’t expect instant answers, but common sense says customer service should be a bit more responsive than that

It looks really cute, but it’s definitely smaller than I thought it would be and barely fits the stuff I normally carry. Also, the constant reminders to leave a review were a bit much, honestly. I get it, but they felt pushy...

I ordered a bag and, the shipping took quite a bit longer than I thought it would. The tracking barely updated for a few days, so I wasn’t really sure where it was or if it was even moving. It did arrive eventually, and the packaging was fine, but the whole delivery process was kind of frustrating. Customer service also took a while to respond, so yeah… not the best experience overall...
